Laboratory of Andrej Sali: ModBase

ModBase is a database of annotated comparative protein structure models at the Laboratory of Andrej Sali at UCSF. The models are calculated by ModPipe, an automated modeling pipeline. The database contains tens of millions of protein structure models, which can be accessed freely by the academic community. The technologies used are perl/cgi, javascript, and a MySQL backend. I was the developer for this project from 2001 to 2014.
